It’s called target fixation. He got locked on to the guy coming at him in the corner. Hit his brakes and went down. Extremely easy to do. Your bike goes where your eyes go. He gave up on the bike. Just a little counter steer and stay off the brakes.
He was trail braking, got it wrong, let go of the brake, rebraked whilst banked then lowsided. Nothing to do with target fixation as he was on his side of the road and braking into the bend before seeing oncoming traffic.
He has one of those stunt cage/race rails crash protector for his sport bike. It rubbed the road when he leaned. Those device stick too far out and reduce your lean angle. Notice the bike literal slides on the rail of the crash bar and did not even slam to the pavement like normal bikes without crash cages.
A high side crash is way more violent
How did this happen? He looked like he was doin the same as the guy in front of him. Help me learn here!
